Song Law Firm represented a client who received four tickets while driving with a suspended license and registration. The client had an undocumented status when she was issued the traffic tickets. Nevertheless, we were able to fully dismiss three of four tickets with plea bargains. Thanks to our effective negotiation with the prosecutor, the fourth ticket was amended to a different charge with no suspension.
