Architectural designer’s H-1B transfer approval
The client, an architectural designer who first received H-1B through our law firm in 2018, came back to us for H-1B transfer while moving to a large architectural firm located in New York. In recent years, there has been an increasing trend in the Immigration Department not to consider the position of an architectural designer as a profession that requires at least a bachelor’s degree.
