A client was charged with speeding, careless driving likely to endanger a person and unsafe lane change. The speeding ticket involved driving up to 90 mph. The charges carried in excess of 6 driver points and extensive fines. We were able to have two of the charges dismissed and the third reduced to interfering with a parade in progress or equivalent offense. As a result, the client did not any points lodged against him and just paid a fine.
