A client was arrested for being near a religious facility talking to worshipers despite the fact that he had been previously discharged as a member. Unfortunately, he had previously been arrested for harassing one of the leaders of the religious facility. Instead of incarceration or probation, we were able to secure a dismissal of the charges after a given period of time with no further incident. This result included a medical review of our client and a favorable report.
