Architectural Designer’s EB-1A Visa Approved

EB-1A

An architectural designer’s EB-1A visa was approved. The Extraordinary Ability category of the Employment-Based Immigration: First Preference, or EB-1A, is a self-petitioning visa that requires the petitioner/applicant to demonstrate their extraordinary ability in the sciences, arts, education, business, or athletics. The USCIS criteria imposes high standards when adjudicating EB-1A applications, and there are generally higher rates of Requests For Evidence (RFEs) or Denials. Cooperating with the Client, the immigration attorneys at SONG Law Firm gathered and submitted information meeting the USCIS’ criteria. Facing an RFE, we submitted additional corroborating evidence and re-presented the Client’s credentials that specifically catered to USCIS’ concerns outlined in the RFE. Ultimately, we were able to overcome the RFE and the Client’s case was approved. Congratulations!
