Song Law Firm represented a defendant in a domestic violence case where he was charged with assault based on a false accusation by his spouse. In fact, the client was the victim of the assault. Based on thorough investigations, Song Law Firm’s Criminal Team filed a cross complaint against the spouse who was the alleged victim. The criminal charge against our client was ultimately dropped by the prosecutor, and we were also able to obtain expungement of our client’s arrest and criminal records.
