Sued by former employees for nothing.

Song Law Firm won the case for a customer who was sued by former employees to pay for the unpaid minimum wage and overtime.

Our customer, who runs a limousine taxi company, has been sued by his former drivers who insisted that they were paid less than the minimum wage during their time with the company, and that they were not paid even though they worked overtime. Our client who knew at the time that he had paid their salaries legally was embarrassed and soon came to our law firm to solve this problem.

Song Law Firm thoroughly reviewed his case, claimed that he paid their salary legally, and created and submitted documents to support this. Nevertheless, the former employee continued to claim that there was an unpaid salary, and eventually came to the trial. The court ruled in favor of the client of Song Law Firm and dismissed the claim of former employees. However, the former employee continued to appeal, but our law firm responded thoroughly to this appeal and soon ended because there was no further action to proceed with the lawsuit.
