Furthermore, the lumbar spine sustained large damage from the collision, which resulted in multiple injections and microdiscectomy surgery. Records reflected up to two possible prior accidents. Despite this, our law firm was able to attain a settlement of $265,000 after an initial offer of $125,000. Thus, our client’s case was settled successfully with a grand total of $265,000.
