We represented a client who transferred his defamation case from other law offices to us as the client was not satisfied with their services. Deeply distraught by the alleged defamatory remarks that our client believed some of his own family members had made, it was apparent after the commencement of the suit that all parties wanted a harmonious resolution to their dispute. We facilitated open communication between the parties and was able to gain the acknowledgement of the defendants never having made any defamatory remarks. With this conciliatory understanding, the client agreed to a mutual release of the parties from the lawsuit and any potential liability. The client was thoroughly satisfied with the end result whereby the client was able to gain the full confidence and assurance that his reputation and trustworthiness remained untainted and unharmed.
