As part of a reduction in workforce, our client terminated the plaintiff. She retained a lawyer who claimed that she had been an excellent employee and that she had been targeted for discriminatory reasons. We obtained plaintiff’s employment file and put together a chart outlining the problems she had caused over the course of her employment. n addition, we established a table analyzing the age, race, and gender of all employees of our corporate clients to prove that they were not fired for discriminatory reasons. As a result, she gave up filing a law suit against our client.
